UPA (Universal Primer Activator) is a high performance water-based surface primer and powder activator for the Impressionaire Floor & Wall System. UPA is a pure undiluted polymer additive which enhances the physical & performance properties of cementitious materials. UPA increases durability, flexibility and abrasion resistance. UPA can be used in conjunction with pigments, defoamers and plasticizers. UPA may also be used as an activator for cement, concrete slurries & plaster mixes.
