Concrete Texturing Tool and Supply offers Decorative Concrete Supplies, Tools and Training. We serve homeowners, contractors, redi-mix concrete plants and supply houses. CTTS is located in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

CTTS provides shipping options throughout the Continental United States, Canada, Mexico and Abroad. We recognize your need as individuals, and will involve you in our shipping decisions. We will search for the best possible freight rates to bring your newly purchased product home to you in the timely manner you deserve as our valued customer. We will assist you in the proper training and application instruction of all the products we distribute. All individuals will be treated with the utmost respect and regards to personal service.

Bart Sacco, who had developed this company out of Concrete Texturing and Design, established in 1989. This company was recognized as the leading installer of professional decorative concrete installation in Northeastern Pa. Throughout the 1990’s he installed top end residential and small commercial installations with pattern-stamped and acid stained work. Concrete Texturing Tool & Supply was founded in 1999.

Contractors and Distributors

We will provide to you unlimited support of the product lines we distribute. For local customers, Concrete Texturing Tool & Supply will make available to your customers, displays of completed projects at our facility. Your customers can call and arrange for a pre set time frame suitable for your client to view the displays, there will be no pre-set time to view displays during our shipping hours.

Training Programs

Concrete Texturing Tool & Supply will conduct training programs on a continuing basis; the programs will be in one of two formats. The first and most comprenshive will be the Paid Program for the individual who is very serious about the trade and wants an exceptional learning experience. This type of program lasts several days and covers all aspects of decorative installation, tools used, concrete mix designs, choice of sealers, troubleshooting and estimating. The second type of program will be a one-day introductory seminar. This type of program is generally manufacture sponsored and will cover the topic of the day demonstrating the sponsor’s product.
