American Tin Ceilings' custom powder coat finishes utilize a proprietary mult-pass, multi-layer antiquing method that produces amazingly beautiful tin ceiling finishes that no other company offers. They are without question the most beautiful tin ceiling finishes in the entire industry. Due to the nature of this custom finishing method, the hue and finish of these custom colors may vary from lot to lot, therefore it is strongly recommended that enough extra material is purchased to insure that the entire project can be completed. Cutting errors and other unexpected circumstances create material shortages, therefore ordering only the exact amount can be risky, especially with a custom color. If you are short material on a custom color, it is likely that a new order of material will not provide an exact color match to the existing material.

Also, Custom Color product is not returnable. Because this is a 'Custom Finishing Method', which means the product is custom made to your order, thry cannot allow any returns or exchanges. This is why they provide 'Color Samples'. To be sure you are certain about your custom color selection, they recommend ordering color sample packs.
